The Drammen Code
2028
Brief:
Fugitive CIA agent Sean Ryan, targeted for “retirement” by, and on the run from his
own agency for more than 25 years, is forced to come out of hiding and sacrifice
himself to try and save the U.S. from the final stage of a decades-old Russian plan to
“bury” us.
It began in 1991. Young CIA officer Sean Ryan is scapegoated and targeted for
“retirement” inside the U.S. by the CIA itself. It follows a massive intelligence failure
in Oslo, Norway, involving an insidious Russian plan to make good the late Soviet
leader, Nikita S. Khrushchev’s 1956 warning: “We will bury you.”
Now, Ryan must risk all to warn of the perils of always fighting the last war. What
propels him are the words of the late author, James Baldwin: “God gave Noah the
rainbow sign; no more water, the fire next time.
When a newly-elected U.S. president with no government experience shows affinity
for a Russian leader, the CIA and other intelligence agencies erect a firewall never
before envisioned. Now, fugitive CIA agent Sean Ryan, targeted by and on the run
from his own agency for more than 25 years, must choose to come in from the cold
and risk his life, or see America destroyed.
Sean Ryan may have to die again.
